Products
Electric Torque Multipliers
alkitronic’s electric torque multipliers are specifically designed for use where high torques, fast operating speed, exact precision, or a high number of joints are required. They are especially effective for turbo-assembly applications, or for the use in the production environments. The protection art IP54 shields the tools against moisture and dust. The different models cover torque output from 100 Nm to 45,000 Nm.
EA Battery Torque Multiplier
New battery powered torque multiplier, the alkitronic EA. Work flexibly wherever you are and choose from torques between 90 and 4000 Nm. During development, we designed the torque multiplier for superb performance: Two 18V 5,2 Ah Lithium-Ion battery packs ensure up to 360 screw joints in a row at maximum load*. The innovative, brushless, synchronous motor reliably attains the exact shut-off torque even at low battery levels.

High quality bolt-connections place the highest demands on bolting technology.The powerful mounting documentation system alkitronic® MDS provides a fast,complete and flawless collection of torque data.MDS helps to fulfil legal regulations and to comply with international quality standards.
The product range includes:The manually operated HSD,the pneumatic operated CLSD and the battery driven EASD The torque multipliers are used for torque controlled bolting and reliable measurement data recording on the spot.
Pneumatic Torque Multipliers
Pneumatic torque multipliers by alkitronic are vastly superior to conventional pneumatic powered wrenches. Our pneumatic torque multipliers do not “strike” (unlike conventional “impact wrenches”), but rotate continuously. Therefore they provide greater torque accuracy, higher performance, more reliable technology, less need for repairs, and lower running costs. Upon request, we also provide ATEX rated tools for use in hazardous areas.
Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system with electric or pneumatic drive provide fast operating speed, reliability, and safety. They are designed for permanent operation. Our Products, with their worldwide proven pneumatic drive are also designed for safe operation in explosion-prone areas. (protection art IP 54)
