New Diaphragm Accumulator

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies has developed a new approach for the production of diaphragm accumulators. Joining the two halves of the aluminum housing – through the use of electromagnetic pulse technology (EMPT) – and filling the gas side with nitrogen are handled in a single step. Electromagnetic pulse forming uses powerful magnetic fields to reform electrically conductive materials without contact.

Diaphragm accumulator

Diaphragm Accumulators from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies are an integral part of a fluid energy control system for industrial and mobile hydraulic systems in agricultural and construction equipment, factory automation and robotics, machine tools, and power generation applications.

industry piston accumulator

With the introduction of the new Piston Accumulator range with operating pressures of up to 350 bar, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies offers one-stop-solutions with a comprehensive range of first-class quality products and services. Extremely adaptable
and customizable, basic and specialized designs of Piston Accumulators are available to meet each customer’s specific needs.

bladder accumulator

Bladder Accumulators from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies are constructed of high strength seamless
chrome moly carbon steel shells, with high grade elastomeric bladders, which are assembled in accordance with ASME pressure vessel standards. Available in a variety of industry standard capacities and pressures, the bladder type excels at absorbing system
shocks and pulsations, especially those of high frequency/low modulation.
