JAW PLATE
The regular used parts of jaw crusher are jaw plate and cheek plate. Sinco Machinery can produce jaw plate in different teeth shape and material according to the users working condition. We use material of manganese steel 13%-30% with special alloy, improved the working life of jaw parts by 20%-30%.
bowl liner
The bowl liner and mantle are common used wearing parts of cone crusher. Sinco brand bowl liner and mantle are suitable for the famous brand crusher in the world. We can improve the material and change parts design which makes the parts with longer working life, better comprehensive efficient and wear resistant performance.
blow bar
Impact crusher is an important equipment in concrete production, highway construction and building waste recycle. The main spare parts are blow bar and liner plate. Sinco blow bar and liner plate are made in high Cr white iron, middle Cr iron and low Cr alloy steel. We use special heat treatment process, getting Martensite stucture with hardness HRC58-65. Now our products are used on thousands of impact crusher in over 40 countries, They are in good wear-resistant, stable performance and good feedback from customer.
liner plate
SAG mill liner plate and ball mill plate.We use low alloy steel to produce SAG mill liner and ball mill liners. It reaches good balance in both of the wear resistance and stable performance. In wear resistant, liner plate hardness can reach to HRC33-56, working life 2-4 times than manganese steel. In toughness, it is higher than normal high Cr white iron, impact toughness value AK≥40J. It is with higher impact resistance and not easily to crack. We use these material in ball mill liners, SAG liners and crusher liners.
