HDD HOLE OPENER

TCR HDD tools are run successfully on rotary and rotary steerable assemblies in both straight and deviated holes.

Engineered cutters combine application-tuned carbide grades with aggressive tooth shapes for faster rate of ROP. Mathematical models improve cutter arrangements to reduce NPT and increase ROP. High-strength legs and increase the guage can protect the bit body in directional drilling.
Roller CONE CUTTER
Roller cone cutters are assembly parts of Tricone bit and hole opener,its the main cutting structure of a bit.
1.Reinforcing the comprehensive mechanical properties of cutting tooth by using high quality tungsten carbide inserts of new formula and new techniques of insert bit.
2.The multiple heel position with gauge trimmer on the heel, tungsten carbide and hardfacing on the shirttail, strengthened the gauge protection.
