Drum,Pulley
The pulley material is large seamless steel. We precisely cut the tube by using the flame cutting machine, and weld the inner pulley disc by professional pulley welding machine. Also weld pulley sleeve and disc by using the position. We choose large drum lathe process outside circle to ensure uniform thickness and small pulsation. We use 45# round steel sleeve, high-quality bearing with hot charging and bearing block.
Roller idler set
Our roller use SRB bearing. This kind of bearing had many features:dust-proof, water-proof,temperature-resistance,cold-resistance,low noise and abrasion-resistance. We have two kinds of painting, one is common painting and the other is oven painting.We can make different colors according customers' requirement.
