NEW FINAL AND SLEW DRIVES FOR EXCAVATORS

Comer Industries will be exhibiting at Bauma China (Hall N5, Booth 551) the new final drives 3800 and 18000 series for excavators.
These are two or three-stage planetary drives, which have been fully validated through field and bench tests, are specifically designed for crawler excavators market.
To complete Comer Industries offer for the excavation market from the 20 to 90 ton range, also the new slew drives 2300 and 2800 series will be shown.
With a wide selection of pinion to meet customers’ needs, these two-stage planetary drives can be coupled with any of the many hydraulic motors available on the market.
These products solution, thanks to their state of the art design, virtual simulation and manufacturing technology, maximize the power density without affecting compactness, while fulfilling the growing needs of OEMs in terms of performances and boosted efficiency.

LARGE TRACK DRIVE FOR TRENCHERS

Comer Industries will be showing at Bauma China (Hall N5, Booth 551) the large track drive 11000 series for trenchers.
This is a compact three-stage planetary drive, which has already equipped heavy-duty applications for tracked machines.
It features transmission ratios from 74.3 to 202.3 and a maximum output torque of 110,000 Nm.
This product solution allows to meet the growing needs of manufacturers in terms of compactness and lightness of tracked drives, thanks to its boosted efficiency and high-power density, without affecting vehicle’s speed.

DRIVELINE SOLUTION FOR SOIL COMPACTORS

Comer Industries will be exhibiting the complete full system driveline solution for single drum soil compactors: a wheel drive for the front drum and a planetary drive combined with the rear axle.
Comer Industries can offer the wheel drive 1700 series, which features 18,000 Nm peak torque. With its three reduction stages, it perfectly fits the high load duty cycle of soil compactors up to 12 tons.
The rear axle driveline assures a high reduction ratio combined with a low space impact under the cabin, thanks to the additional planetary stage on axle input. The hydraulic motor can be directly mounted on this stage which grants the reduction ratio range required for roller applications. The rigid rear axle 228 series features 34,000 Nm peak torque.

EASYSHIFT TWO-SPEED SYNCHRONIZED GEARBOX

Comer Industries will be exhibiting a solution that combines the needs of a two-speed transmission and allows gears to shift while the machine is running, granting at the same time top machine performance.
The transmission, called Easyshift, is obtained by adding a synchronizer between the two driven gears of the transmission. Easyshift transmission features a maximum input speed of 5,000 rpm, a maximum input torque of 820 Nm and a maximum input power of 100 kW. It is configured to meet heavy duty conditions of machines: the adopted mechatronic solutions are in facts providing an high level of signal repeatability and reliability of the component as well as a reactive shifting behavior.
With the Easyshift two-speed gearbox, Comer Industries is expanding axle and transmission product ranges for off-road machines with solutions to be compliant with the latest requests of this market.
